Florida: Nichteheliches Kind als vergessener Erbe?

Ein nichteheliches Kind, welches vor Errichtung des Testaments geboren wurde, aber später als Kind anerkannt wurde, ist kein "vergessenes" (pretermitted) Kind und erhält somit nicht einen Erbteil (Estate of Maher v. Iglikova, 138 So. 3d 484 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2014).
