Das Bundesverfassungsgerichts (BVerfG) will nach Angaben von "Beck aktuell" noch in diesem Jahr über die Vorlage des Bundesfinanzhofes (BFH) zur Vereinbarkeit des Erbschafts- und Schenkungssteuergesetzes mit dem Grundgesetz (GG) entscheiden.
Der BFH hatte das Erbschafts- und Schenkungssteuergesetz dem BVerfG 2012 zur Prüfung vorgelegt, da es das Gesetz in der seit 2009 geltenden Fassung für verfassungswidrig hält. Der BFH rügt insbesondere die Überprivilegierung von Betriebsvermögen.
