Representation in Contentious Trust matters

Although no trusts exist under Spanish law in the strictest sense, there are some Spanish legal instruments that are similar to Trusts (e.g. fideicomiso)  and Spanish courts may interpret foreign trusts the equivalent of Spanish legal instruments.
