"Part 2, 2. Exclusions
2.1. Liability claims with a foreign connection
The insurance cover does not apply to liability claims arising from activities
a) via law firms or offices established or maintained in other countries,
b) in connection with advising and dealing with non-European law,
c) of the lawyer before non-European courts."

Excerpt from HV 4360:
"Notwithstanding Part 2 A Clause 2.1 b) and Part 3 A Clause 4.1 b) of the General and Special Conditions and Risk Description for Financial Loss Liability Insurance (AVB-RSW HV 60), insurance cover is provided for liability claims arising from activities in connection with advice and employment in non-European law, which are asserted before the courts of the Federal Republic of Germany on the basis of German statutory liability provisions."
