WF Frank & Partner is proud to announce that Jan-Hendrik Frank has been elected an international Fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
Founded in 1949, ACTEC is a national association of approximately 2,300 lawyers and law professors recognized for their experience in estate planning, probate, trust administration, and related areas. Fellows are peer-elected based on professional reputation, skill, and contributions to the field.
Jan-Hendrik has been advising German-American families since 2003. His practice spans international estate and trust planning, trust and estate administration, and representation before German tax authorities.
Jan-Hendrik is one of three ACTEC international fellows in Germany and the only one who is a bar-certified specialist in trust and estate law (Fachanwalt für Erbrecht).
