durable execution of the estate (Dauertestamentsvollstreckung)
Under § 2207 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the testator may give the executor the power to administer the estate for a defined period of time. This is referred to in German law as durable execution of the estate. The person called to act is called durable executor (Dauertestamentsvollstrecker).
