Joint will (Gemeinschaftliches Testament)
Spouses or same sex living partners can make a joint will. A joint will is generally made on one document. It must be signed by both spouses / living partners. However, only one spouse / living partner will generally write it (by his own hand). Many Joint Wills contain mutual dispositions upon death which may bind the survivor after the passing of the other testator ("mutual Will").
